Assalamualaikum! Lovely sisters, I wanted to share my mamas chapli kabab recipe with you it's very easy Pakistani chapali kabab recipe which is most favorite of mine and my papa.you can call it chapli kabab ,peshawari kabab whatever you want.its taste comes out after adding fat in it ooh my God water is coming in my mouth😋😋😋.here is the recipe of chapli kabab all ingredients are given below.

Ingredients

Beef minced......one kg

Beef fat .......2 slice

Crushed coriander powder....2 tblespn

Zeera (cumin seeds)....2 tblespn

Red chillie flakes.....2 tblespn

Garm masala.....1 tspn

Ajwain.....1 tspn

Salt as per your taste

Green chillies....15-18

Fresh coriander

Half kg onions

Tomatoes....1/4

Ginger....3 inch piece

Garlic .....full

Gram flour...1 cup

Eggs .....3

Method

Chop onion, put nto an absorbtive cloth and squeeze .

put into bo

cutwl. green chillies into thin slices,

cut the tomatoes in cubic thin form

. Add fresh coriander and all ingredients into a large bowl.

Add all spices then add eggs one by one and mix it well.

Roast the gram flour in a pan untill fragrant and let it cold .

Now sprinkle gram flour and knead that mince for 10 minutes.

Shape it into round shape.

Frying method:

Take a plate add crushed coriander seeds half tblspn and chillie flakes 3/4 table spoon.

Dressing:

Take a pan add oil in it then put kabab on it and sprinkle coriander powder and chillie flakes on it and cook each side for 4-5 minutes and turn the other side add tomatoes on it and then turn the other side.

Your chapli kababs are ready to serve ..

You can freeze the chapli kababs for many weeks.

Try it and enjoy it.
