Beef shami kabab/Pakistani recipes of shami kabab/busy mom's kabab recipe

Assalamualaikum!

My dear friends I want to start a new content for a week .Its a kabab week in which I will share different kabab recipes with you which are very easy and quick to make.our Pakistani recipes are best and easy to make.you can make it and store these kababs for a month or more then a month.

Let's get started

Ingredients are:

Beef ....... 1 kg

Chana daal......1/4 kg

Green chillies....14-15

Garlic .......1 full

Ginger.....4 inches

Salt......to taste

Chillie flakes.......2 tblespn

Coriender seeds......1 tblespn

Cloves.......6

Black pepper seeds.....12-15

Cinamon......1 stick

Zeera(cumin seeds)........2 tblespn

Boiled potatoes....1

Green fresh coriender.........only leaves

Eggs.......3

Water .....6-7 cups

Method:

Take a vessel add beef,daal chana,all spices and water let it cool on low to medium flame.when beef and daal gets tender then chopped that material and add eggs as required if material is thin then don't add eggs if material is dry then add eggs as required.

Then add mashed boiled potatoe and fresh coriender leaves.shape it and freeze it.

Frying method:

Take an egg and wisk it well roll shami kabab in it add oil on pan when it's get warm then fry it .fry each side two minutes on medium flame.

Our kababs will be served mint raita and salad 🥗😋😋😋
