Zeera( cumin seeds)
Method of taking zeera seeds:
You can take 1/2 teaspon of cumin seeds with warm milk twice a day.
Or the other method is when you make your roti or bread whatever you like in lunch or dinner .for roti lovers add half teaspoon of cumin seeds in your roti before cooking.or for bread lovers add zeera in your egg and enjoy it .
