Kafta kabab,chicken kafta kababs/Pakistani resipe of kafta kabab

Assalamualaikum guys it's very unique name of kabab it's call kafta kababs .these kafta kababs are small in size as compared to seekh kababs.tgese are mostly made of chicken minced but you can also make it with mutton kafta and beef kafta kababs.

So guys these kababs are served with mint raita and you can also make pulao of kafta kabab.which is my favorite my mum make kaftas very tasty.

Here is the ingredients of kafta kababs.

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken. .....1.5 kg

Onion ........1 large

Green chillies.....3-4

Garlic ginger paste ......1-2 tblespn

Fresh coriender......1 bunch

Spices for kafta kababs:

Red chillie flakes.....1/2 tblespn

Black pepper........1 tspn

Salt to taste

Chat masala......1/2 tblespn

Cumin seeds......1/2 tblespn

Preparation of chicken minced for kafta kababs:

Take a chopper add chicken pieces in it 4-5 and add all cut onion in it and green chillies chopp it well then put it into a large bowl .like upper process add chicken and then chopped it our minced is ready now.

Adding spices:

Add all spices chillie flakes,black pepper,chat masala,salt, cumin seeds in it then mix it well.add one cup of bread crumbs.our minced is ready for kafta kababs.

Shape of kafta kababs:

It's time to shaping that minced,wet your hands with water then take a small part of miced and roll it on your fingers that it's kabab with hole in between like seekh kabab.

Our kaftas kababs are ready for frying.now add oil table spoon in a frying pan put all kafta kababs in it then move the pan with hands from it's handle roundly so that it will cook from all sides.let it cook for 4-5 minutes .

Now are kaftas kababs are ready to serve with green raita .
