Masoor daal recipe/how to cook red lentils in Pakistani way

Assalamualaikum daals are my favorite u eat every type of daal but masoor,red lubia and massages are my favorite I'm gonna share recipe of masoor daal with you.

Masoor daal cooks very fast as compared to other daals.

Ingredients for masoor daal:

Masoor daal....2 cup

Garlic ginger paste......3tblespn

Red chillie powder......1 tblespn

Coriender powder....1 tblespn

Salt to taste

Turmeric powder.....1 tblespn

Green chillies......4-5

Fresh coriender leaves.....2 table spoon

Zeera and garlic for tarka

Method of cooking masoor daal:

Take pan add water for about 4-5 glass when it's boiling point come then add masoor daal and all other ingredients except zeera and garlic pieces which will be used for Turka.cook it on medium to low flame untill its get soft.

Now take a pan add 2&3 Tblespn of cooking oil and heat it after hearing add garlic pieces in it when they turn golden brown then turn off the flame and add zeera seeds in it.put that oil in to the daal.

Now add cut green chillies in it and coriender.your daal is ready to serve now.i hope you will like it serve it with boiled rice or brown rice my husband's favorite daal🥰.
