Mutton seekh kabab recipe/seekh kabab for parties

Assalamualaikum guys when we talk about seekh kababs the water comes in everyone's mouth 😋 so these kababs are really easy to make and we can also store kababs for another day.seekh kababs contains spices and other ingredients which give kababs a delicious taste.

I will share a perfect recipe of seekh kababs with you all😊.

Ingredients:

Minced mutton........1 kg

Onions.......3-4

Garlic ginger paste.....2-3 tblespn

Green chillies........6-8

Spices for seekh kababs:

Red chillie.......2 teaspoon

Coriender powder.....1 tblespn

Garam masala(hot spices)......2-3 teaspoon

Chat masala......2 teaspoon

(Zeera) cumin powder.....1/2 tblespn

Chillie flakes

Preparation minced for seekh kabab:

Take a chopper add half of minced mutton in it and then add ginger garlic paste and onion and green chillies in it.chopped it well.

Add spices:

Add all spices in the minced of seekh kabab.then mix it well add two eggs and knead it very well.then add 1 cup or bread crumbs in it these bread crumbs gives seekh kabab strong shape.

Shaping the seekh kababs:

Take a long stick which we use for chicken shashlik wet your hands with water then apply this minced on it and round it in the shape of really seekh kababs.

Storage :

Your can layer it in a try or dish and then store it in the fridge for more then a month.
