Assalamualaikum guys I Wana share our most favorite traditional recipe of beef nalli nihari which is really amazing in taste and I'm in love with it.me and my mama us national nihari masala mix to make it perfect taste.

National Nihari Mix makes it a blazing spicy stew which will surely rule over your body, mind and soul.šŸ˜‹

Ingredients for nalli beef nihari :

Beef boneless ......2 kg

Nali means bones of cow......2 kg

Garlic ginger paste.....5 table spoon

Oil.....5 tblespn

Method of making beef nalli nihari:

Add oil in pressure cooker add ginger garlic paste in it and add beef and nallis bones in it and fry for 15 minutes add now national nihari masala in it and fry 5 minutes .now add water of 8-10 cups as required and close the lid of cooker and then let it cook for 15 minutes.

To thicken nihari stew:

Take a bowl add water of 1 cup and 5 serving spoons of corn flour in it mix it well.

Now after ,15 minutes open pressure cooker and add that corn flour mixture gradually after adding it let it cook for more 30 minutes.

Method of tarka :

Put 2 table spoon of oil in pan add a large cut onion in it let change the colour of onion into golden brown add this tarka into nihari let cook nihari for 1 minute and off the flame . our tasty nihari is ready .
