Quick and easiest way of making chicken/mutton pulao 🍚

Our traditional or cultural dishes are very yummy and quick to make for busy people or working ladies so I'm gonna teach you some thing very easy and mouthwatering 😋😋

Mutton/chicken pulao

Recipe is simple easy and quick for busy mom's you can prepare half recipe the day before and other on that day you want to serve it.okay let's get started our recipe 😊

Ingredient for chicken/mutton stock:

  1. Chicken 2 kg/ mutton one kg

  2. Full Garlic well washed unpeeled------------- 1

  3. Coriender seeds (sokha dhania sabat)----2 table spoon

  4. Salt to taste

  5. tablespoon of fenel seeds(saunf)

  6. 1-2 bay leaves

  7. Add 7-8 glass of water

Preparation for stock

Add water in vessel and then add all above mentioned ingredients in it nd cook it on low to medium heat for 5-6 hours.you can ready stock the day before you make pulao.

Now after 5-6 hours our stock is ready.

Now start preparation for rice (pulao) making.

Ingredients:

  1. Onion----------1

  2. Ginger garlic paste-------2 tblspn

  3. Tomatoes--------2

  4. Crushed Red chillie ( Dara mirch)--------1 tablespoon

  5. White cumin seeds------1 tblspn

  6. Black Cumin seeds----------1 tablespoon

  7. Black pepper seeds----------7-8

  8. Cloves--------7-8

  9. Bay leave -------1

  10. Black cardimon-----2

  11. Cinamon stick -------1

Now take a skillet or in Urdu daigchi add 2-3 tblspn of oil and fry onion in it untill they turn golden brown now add garlic ginger paste and smell comes then add cubic form tomatoes mix it add crushed red chillies (Dara mirch) and fry all ingredients well untill oil become out.

Now add chicken pieces or mutton pieces in it and fry then add soup /stock and now crushed mentioned above spices (black pepper,cloves,black cardimon,bay leave,and zeera cumin seeds )sprinkle it on stock then add rice cook them on medium flame untill rice cooked half and water gets dry not much dry simple dry now cover the lid with cotton cloth and low the flame for 10-15 minutes .

Our rice is ready to serve believe me 😊 the taste of my Mama's rice is awesome love u mama 😘💋 she has magic in her hands😘

You can serve rice with salad and raita or mint yougrt...
